As founder of Baldelli Consultancy, she equips nonprofits and philanthropic leaders with transformational strategies that cultivate high-net-worth donors and drive sustainable impact.

Karla currently serves as Interim SVP of Philanthropy at National Church Residences, overseeing national initiatives in affordable housing and senior health. Her career includes leadership roles with the American Heart Association, Susan G. Komen, Salvation Army, and others shaping national standards in donor experience and campaign design.

Known for her clarity, strategy, and Kingdom-rooted insight, Karla is also a speaker, advisor, and founder of the Baldelli Fund, committed to creating legacy-level change through purposeful giving.
